Peter G. Bologna - Is founder and President. With over 35 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Peter brings insight developed during 12 years as Manager of Telecommunications in both industry and government. After a brief stint as a telecom equipment distributor, he became a telecommunications consultant in 1978. As an independent consultant, Peter has been involved in the planning, evaluation, procurement and implementation of over 350 telecom systems or networks. He has also been an Adjunct Professor in the School of Telecommunications Management at Golden Gate University.

David G. Hayner - Dave brings to World twenty plus years experience in analysis, design and operation of a wide variety of telecommunication systems and networks. He has extensive knowledge and familiarity with the latest techniques in voice/data cabling infrastructures, as well as, systems implementation and telecom technologies, including long-range planning for voice/data hardware and networks, voice messaging/call processing systems, call accounting facilities and local area networking. Dave possesses excellent project management skills.
